ESI provides Managed End User support services on a per employee basis and Managed Workstation support for shared workstations or kiosks.  As your managed service provider, ESI can manage user accounts, maintain software versions and updates, as well as supporting your remote access solutions, email and SAAS applications, and provides general troubleshooting.

Managed Backup

ESI manages backup processes, including backup software and appliances. Our Managed Backup service provides remote and on-site support, proactive remote monitoring, and business integration services. This includes implementation and verification of backup jobs, troubleshooting backup failures, restarting the backup service, and applying fixes as needed when verification fails.

Managed Firewall

ESI will manage your designated firewall, including proactive remote monitoring, firmware, configuration changes and patching, policy auditing, and both onsite and remote support.

Managed Infrastructure

ESI provides network management for Client’s servers, Storage Area Network, Network Attached Storage, switches, routers, and wireless access points. This includes both configuring and managing the network, basic maintenance including system changes, security patches, and includes firmware updates.

Managed Security Services

ESI manages and maintains Client’s email security by administering and securing Client’s email via tenant provider based best practices. ESI also configures and manages third party email security protection software that allows for threat prevention, detection and response, data security, compliance, archiving, and email security training.

ESI provides managed detection and response services via best-in-class security partners.  ESI can respond to all detected threats and remediate as needed.

ESI can also conduct monthly vulnerability assessments using industry leading scanning tools. Identified vulnerabilities will be prioritized and reviewed with client, and ESI will provide consulting services on how to best manage and remediate vulnerabilities discovered during the assessment.

IT Risk Management

ESI’s IT Risk Management program is, tailored to your specific risk profile or compliance standard. This program will regularly assess and monitors your environment for undue risk and compliance violations. We provide real-time tracking of current risks, risk remediation strategies, and assistance in developing the policy and procedures necessary to achieve Client’s desired risk and compliance profile.

ESI clients receive detailed monthly reporting of resolved issues, patching, antivirus performance, service availability and network reliability. Our team reviews ongoing issues, coordinates upcoming project work, collaborates with vendors, advises on best practices, consults on IT budgets, and plans the technology roadmaps.

ESI also provides a comprehensive IT-As-A-Service option for customers requiring fully-staffed IT support.
